Isn’t this implemented? I can open scratch.mit.edu from an iPhoneI mean an offline app so you can use Scratch without having to use the internet. Android already has one, and I previously mentioned they can get past all App Store requirements.

Are you thinking of ScratchJr?the version of scratch designed for pre-school children that isn't in the slightest turing complete and that uses a double digit addition question to verify that your an adult to publish projects.

You can find apps such as “Rust Programming Compiler” on the app store so the executable code restriction really doesn't apply anymore

I would really like it if you mae a version of Scratch for iOS.actually we have scratch jr also scratch does not design like a mobile style

Here's an idea. A PWA version of Scratch, which runs a webpage but as if it were an app. And then the editor could be cached for offline use.

here is what a PWA looks like. it says “offline access is not supported”, but the fact that the page can be displayed shows that PWAs can be cached for offline use. notice that it looks like a normal app
