It's very good idea. New scratchers might trouble without knowing the guidelines because if they make a face reveal project or spam in someone's profile to see their game they will be in huge trouble because they don't know that these are allowed.

Instead of making it automatically appear, there could be a box you have to check, saying:

And please don't brag about the number of supporters you have. That encourages people to say support! and no support, instead of being constructive and actually adding to the conversation.

Stop acting like your opinion makes a difference. It doesn't. Opinions were never the point. The point is whether or not it's a good suggestion. If you can give a good reason at why this is a good idea or point out a flaw, do it, but don't take sides.

Many users don't see the CG. Regarding this I strongly support this. When the CG pops up when you're creating a account there is a certain time like 30 seconds until you can close the CG Page. Something else to consider is that when a new scratcher gets promoted to a scratcher the CG appeared but the user would just flick through it but if the ST adds an time frame the users will get bored and actually read the guidelines.
