How is that considered a suggestion, again?

How it works: Next to the “Delete” or “Report” button on a comment, creators will see a “Pin” icon.
The Result: The pinned comment will move to the very top of the comment section, highlighted with a distinct background color or a small pin icon, remaining there regardless of how many new comments are posted.
Limit: To keep things clean, creators can pin a maximum of 1 or 2 comments at a time.
This is a good idea. It solves many problems.

Support. Right now the only alternative is to write your own comment and then lock comments, but this comes with the downsides of only being able to sticky your own comment and not someone else's, as well as preventing other users from commenting altogether. I think it would be a good idea to add the ability to sticky comments on your projects so they stay at the top while letting others comment as well.

I like this idea, but one problem with it might be that the project owner stickies too many comments and you have to scroll a long way down to find non-stickied comments.

To address possible concerns regarding this ability:
1. You could add a limit to the number of stickied comments at a time (if the limit were up to me, it would be 10)
2. You could add a “Collapse/Expand stickied comments” button at the very top of the comments section that hides/shows all stickied comments (in my opinion this would be the best way to address spamming stickied comments)
3. And any stickied comments attacking other users or anything else violating the Community Guidelines can still of course be reported as normal.

I think there should just be one allowed stickied commentSupport. or two, sometimes there's a funny comment you want stickied AND a notice that every commenter needs to seeI think there should just be one allowed stickied commentSupport. I believe the limit must me 2. That way it won't be taking much space and it will let other comments be seen as well.
There's something else I've been wondering. If the project owner stickies a comment, would the owner of the comment receive a notification? Would it be a good idea? Personnaly I see no harm to it.
