Option to set your projects as NFE
To double check:Succinctly, Yes
Is this just saying choosing for your projects to be off the front page and search?
Community usage.
Not general usage.
In other words, to clear your confusion of my points, Slow+unreliable = Few people use it = Few people (also including the few that view remix pages) affected = NFE toggle doesnt affect project visibility that much
While this is largely true, there is still a difference. Did you read my earlier point? Some want every grain of control they have even if it doesnt do much, and its okay.

I never said there wasnt a difference..In other words, to clear your confusion of my points, Slow+unreliable = Few people use it = Few people (also including the few that view remix pages) affected = NFE toggle doesnt affect project visibility that much

Just because I say the difference is little doesnt mean I say that it resides with me is nonexistent

i don't entirely agree with self-FEing a self-NFE'd project, at least without intervention from the ST

You state and support my * points, but just add a bit more context to them (and intend it to be a counter).

What is the point of your point? You just say it changes very little because few people will use it. But for the people who use it, it might be kinda nice. Even if it changes little, it can still be a good feature.you are emphasizing a point unrelated to countering any of my points. Finally you get it.While this is largely true, there is still a difference. My claim is that NFE and FE have little difference. This claim does not go against nor with the suggestion, and t'was simply meant as a side note for looping back to the purpose of this: a quality of life suggestion. (and I shall remind everyone, I still inhabit neutral ground in this suggestion)

So @IloveRoblox003, out of curiosity, why did we argue about this or make this point? Its a fact, and I refuse to deny it. But it does nothing to counter the suggestion, so it can be weaponised against itself.

And what is ST going to do after they review? They cant set it as FE as that would defeat the point of this suggestion.

T'was instead to elaborate on what the suggestion is.
I do think there hath been some overlooking of the fact that..
Allies and enemies are not the only sides of a war. There are also the neutral (and the random pedestrians and the ones that are still deciding a side and the observers and the ones against the war itself but uh anyways yea there's the neutral).

I have to admit that’s true. Pardon me for mistaking your elaboration as a statement that the suggestion is pointless. So @IloveRoblox003, out of curiosity, why did we argue about this or make this point? On a side note, the point you mentioned is the line between this suggestion and things in TOLOURs.

(#54)It can be changed after uhh, likely three days? How it works.
The Drop down
Option 1: Let the admin decide
Option 2: For Everyone
Option 3: Not For Everyone
Out of curiosity, could this particular method be abused so you could set an obviously NFE project as “for everyone”? My suggestion allows the admin to override “For Everyone” but not “Not For Everyone”. Yours doesnt. What difference does this make? afaik NFE only hides projects from search and remix pages. Considering the state search is in rn, I doubt that most people always use search. And even with search, it mostly shows the more popular of the projects unless you typed the full project title. As for me, 99% of the projects I view are not from search, I usually see things from What's happening, studios, people's profiles, etc and I'm sure there are many who do the same.the indexer works, but its so unreliable that most people (who know about these things) dont really rely on it. Im not talking about the NFE ‘not working’ or something, im talking about how clumsy the search is, and that not many people use it for exploring projects.
You even support what I say in thy posts. The indexer works, but not enough to be something reliable or popular to use.
And therefore, the difference between NFE and FE is little. hath you forgotten my claim (although opinions are worthless, they can provide clarity when used right)?
I admit there isnt much of a difference, but THERE STILL IS. Im sure the supporters want the element of choice to NOT have searchable projects - so to clarify, NFE projects cannot show up on the front page (privacy! - includes Whats happening), the Explore page (Which im sure at least one of you uses), remix trees and searches. Im sure I dont want my projects to appear in the explore page and I should be able to decide, as you can too.
As for @IloveRoblox003, while I have supported some of your points, this should not be mistaken for supporting every argument you make. NFE and FE have no impact until the indexer arrives (Its slow, not broken nor nonexistent), but once it does, well…

They don't set it to FE, it's so that if the person is trying to make a project that violates guidelines, ST immediately catches it.My claim is that NFE and FE have little difference. Option to set your projects as NFE
Question for non supporters: Could you explain exactly why?One of the main concerns is that this won't do anything helpful, and make moderation harder.
I would argue it doesn't make things harder, but it's also not a big priority.
