Improving Scratch: Darker!
For Scratch Team and other members:
Many people joined when the Scratch 3 is blue. But it’s now purple! Many people are leaving Scratch. You must change the Scratch navigation bar to blue back. And make the page darker! (-12 brightness)
Note:
Dark colors can avoid hurting your eyes. Also do not set the screen brightness too bright.
causes blindness

Improving Scratch: Darker!
no support. Please explain why you don't support.
Anyways half of this is rejected:
8.4 Revert back to older versions of the Scratch editor or websiteAnd the other half is a Dupe
The Scratch editor/website has to update sometimes to accommodate certain changes. In particular, an online editor that ran off of Adobe Flash (rather than Squeak) was added in the Scratch 2.0 editor, and the Scratch 3.0 editor was created for tablet support. Changing the editor/website back to an older version would not only undo years of hard work by the Scratch Team, but they also might not work online anymore due to changing technologies. The Scratch Team is still working on bug fixes, new features, and other improvements on the Scratch 3.0 editor/website. The new interface was created in such a way that it is easy for the Scratch Team to keep working on improvements. The Scratch Team will continue to evaluate constructive feedback on how they could improve upon the current Scratch editor/website.
This extends to reverting back to older versions of studio pages. More information on why the changes to studios were made are stated in this topic, and frequently asked questions are listed in this topic. Common studio suggestions can be found on this topic.
This also extends to reverting the purple color palette back to blue. The specific color of purple was chosen as a practical one, as the Scratch Team determined through research that it is the color which is the most helpful for those with vision impairments. That is, the color change is important for the sake of improved accessibility, which means that more people will be able to use Scratch. For more information on the Scratch Team's process that led to the purple color palette, see this post. However, an option to change the color palette is NOT rejected. You can discuss it on this topic.

I like blue and think it is objectivly better to look at for people with normal vision, but this is rejected (like a lot of suggestions), so, yeah

This is rejected. I also don't think many people are leaving Scratch because of a color change; but if they are, that's kind of dramatic in my opinion.

I feel like this would make sense if an option to choose blue isn't rejected. I remember that the purple made it worse for some people, including those with colorblindness with the text color and the link color (see tritanopia and achromatopsia view) and light sensitivity. Also, I didn't really see much of a difference for those with red green CVD/colorblindness.

This is a duplicate. It does, and bringing back the blue has been rejected. However, I don't think having the blue as a preset and having an option to choose either blue or purple is rejected from what I've been told. This is rejected. I also don't think many people are leaving Scratch because of a color change; but if they are, that's kind of dramatic in my opinion.TOLoRS doesn't say anything explicitly about this.
