Merchandise
Hey, Scratchers!
I'm wondering if I can sell merch of my game, as in like, stickers and stuff, and if I'm allowed to put a link to like, the Stickermule page in the notes and credits.
I'm FULLY expecting a no, but didn't see any discussions that said I couldn't, so I just wanted to check.
Thanks, Y'all!!!

As long as it complies with the community guidelines. What do you think the old Griffpatch is doing right now?

In real life, I am a proffesional footballer for the Asociación de Fútbol Argentino and Brighton. I'm a huge Huge FC Barcelona Fan and loyal subject to Rosario Central. I use scratch for coding, making friends, and helping people out. I hope you enjoy my projects!

Hmm… I'd like to get an ST member's opinion on this, considering https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/677016/?page=1#post-7165897

Lesser-known Scratch URLs:
https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/PROJECT ID HERE/remixtree (replace “PROJECT ID HERE” with project id number. Shows all the remixes of the project, and the remixes of those projects, and the remixes of those projects, and so on, as a chart. Link currently redirects to one of my projects). There was a button on the project page linking to this in 2.0, but it was removed.

The devs really need to update the scratch-gui repo- I'm getting at least 19 “npm warn deprecated” warnings whenever I try to install its dependencies, and yes, I'm using the latest version of node.js and npm. Then again, the dev page on this website and the wiki in the repo still refer to Scratch 3.0 in beta, and link the current website as an example of 2.0.

It's just some silly stickers of the factions, nothing much. I don't expect lots of people to buy them.
The “Shinies” mentioned in BigNate469's link are currency which can be traded in for things in scratch and paid for with real money: stickers are merchandise you can purchase to show support for the creator.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.
I was a Scratch Team member from May 10th 2019 to October 29th 2021.

However, im pretty sure you can sell merchandise of things in your Scratch project, as long as you're not using scratch to do so. (The whole CC2.0 thing might be problematic in some ways though, prehaps look into that) It is not allowed to use Scratch to sell merchandise.
