Shiny - The most practical, quick and easy-to-use scratch currency

Shinies, or, respectively, a Shiny, is a new currency for Scratch. I mainly target it at shops - the website has basic features, such as a pay-me link (like paypal) where you can just send the link to someone to pay you directly, a simple scratch authentication system, and a basic transaction history log (where you can see where your money goes, like, when you receive and pay money). Also the reason I made this new topic is because Evelyn is allowing me to be the owner of shinies now and also because the other topic is closed.

Yes, I declare that @MichaeIWave will have administrative power on the website when I will release v2, however the old topic got closed because it exploded in popularity - almost 1k posts in just a few days! And this, ofcourse, came with a lot of drama and controversy, and now it is left for the Scratch Team to review the shinies website extensively before we can continue with all of this stuff. The website will still be up and I will still be developing v2, however we just need to have no topic for a bit of time and no more publicity.
