I did listen. Geyser is a mod for adding bedrock players to java minecraft servers. It does NOT work for downloading mods and using them on bedrock. So maybe you should start listening

I did listen. Geyser is a mod for adding bedrock players to java minecraft servers. It does NOT work for downloading mods and using them on bedrock. So maybe you should start listening

I think they were replying to _WOFDOG_ since they were asking if mods worked on bedrock

I have a big problem. On this private server I have with some irl friends, Weirdcraft, I kind of crashed the game. So I was exploring an ocean over 4000 blocks from spawn trying to get a sniffer, and I kept finding shipwrecks. When I would open the chest in the shipwreck that normally has buried treasure, sometimes my game would freeze and I would need to relog a couple times, but it would always come back. If you didnt know there's a glitch where sometimes your game can crash when u open a chest with a buried treasure map but there is no buried treasure nearby. I had thought this had been patched, which I think it somewhat had because my game wasn't completely crashing. Until I opened a chest in an ocean ruin. When I opened it, everything around me froze. I could move around but everything else was frozen. This would sometimes happen when I opened the buried treasure map chests in shipwrecks. But this time when I tried logging off and back on, the server wouldn't work. It said the red, “Can't connect to server.” That happened yesterday afternoon, and it still doesn't work for me or other people. Do you guys have any idea what we could do to fix it?

Maybe if you wait for an update, the problem will be fixed and the server will start up again.

It sounds like a lot of fun. However, I’d prefer not to use client side mods (mods that you the player has to download) because they’re not as accessible and I struggle to understand mods, and I’d love to join a server like that. (It’s pretty much everything that I like out of SE without all the things I don’t like. Also, I’d like to be an admin in that. My qualifications are that I care way too much about the morality of what I do in minecraft)

Nobody says you have to use mods, plus they really arent hard to understand or install.

I've been hearing a lot of creative server ideas on here lately. I also have a new server idea if I may. Basically, it's like the nations type gameplay, expect instead of normal admins, each nation has one god-like player that is partially in creative mode. Those players can fly, use some commands such as limited building commands and basic others (Restrictions on kill and kick commands, obviously), grant limited powers to players, create a limited amount of a limited set of items, and have higher health standards than regular players.

However, each god-player also has a specific elemental type that his or her nation are most powerful in, kind of like in Greek mythology. And it is by this power (Among others) that the regular players can enforce the god-players by; If the regulars players of a water-god-player, let's say, didn't like how he was using his power, they could use that player's own power against him to limit his actions. Basically, the regular players and god-players have to work together to run a nation.

The purpose of the god-player in the first place, other than the cool gameplay, is to add a new level of intensity and an origins-like aspect to vanilla Minecraft. It also protects nations against admin abuse, as it more deeply connects the people to their leaders, and thus the entire group have to be bad eggs to cause much harm. And even then, other nations can balance them out.

I think it would be really interesting to have a Minecraft server that was basically Greek mythology. What do you guys think?
