I believe so.

Depends on how you use it. If you show violent scenes, it wouldn't be allowed.

Its banned on search but its allowed

So long as the project does not break the guidelines, it should be allowed.
I would recommend using Contact Us to check with the ST whether the project is allowed or not once it is finished.
