Allow Imgur as an image host

Recently Imgur banned all inappropiate content.

The only reason Imgur was banned as a forum image host is because they used to allow that stuff, but now anything remotely inappropiate is completely banned.

Here are the new rules.

Some problems with the current image hosts are:
  • Cubeupload starting to become unreliable due to its downtimes
  • ImageShack deleting images from free users and requiring payment unless you get a 30 day free trial
  • Photobucket watermarking images from free users
  • TinyPic having been shut down
  • Scratchr.org no longer being owned by the Scratch Team
  • Wikipedia/Wikimedia hosting inappropiate images
  • assets.scratch.mit.edu no longer working

Support! Imgur is a bit more popular than our current options and has better compatibility with other services.

Please don't remove Cubeupload from the whitelist, though; Imgur compresses images above 1mb, and Cubeupload has no compression whatsoever, which might be especially rare now with the removal of Scratch Assets/CDN from the whitelist.

Support.
assests.scratch.mit.edu has been added to the filter, so you can't use that.
CubeUpload randomly goes down, so you might not be able to use that.
We need another option for image hosts.

MEGA SUPPORT.
assets.scratch.mit.edu was blocked which made a lot of people NOT happy, so Imgur being whitelisted would be a mega win.

Support, since assets.scratch.mit.edu has been recently blacklisted, whitelisting imgur would be helpful as it would add another whitelisted image host.

I don't support, Imgur's terms of service states that its not meant for use by children under age 13. The homepage or an image's page also features an infinitely scrolling feed where content inappropriate for Scratch can appear.

I don’t see the 13+ part

To main OP: when I went to the site, the first thing
I see is a age warning which is a red flag and the community guidelines
look like a placeholder cuz I see the age warning the first time I went to the
front page

Not to mention that imgur is blocked in some schools

Is there an API Scratch could use to detect if an image is marked as mature or not?

However, children are allowed to use it ONLY under supervision.

Your allowed to link github which says,

Github Terms of Use wrote:

You must be age 13 or older. While we are thrilled to see brilliant young coders get excited by learning to program, we must comply with United States law. GitHub does not target our Service to children under 13, and we do not permit any Users under 13 on our Service. If we learn of any User under the age of 13, we will terminate that User’s Account immediately. If you are a resident of a country outside the United States, your country’s minimum age may be older; in such a case, you are responsible for complying with your country’s laws.

And Cubeupload has a [blue-purple chat site] link, yet it's allowed.
