Your shop application is being forwarded and/or on hold. Depending on the issue your shop's application may be put on hold and/or must get further approval from higher-ups.

First, you had the wrong name. Second; you can't just put a copyright sign and say it's active. In the U.S. (going into legal terms) you need to fill out tons of forms then send it to some place then they need to approve it. There's also probably a fee you need to pay. People using Scratch just use the copyright symbol as a joke usually.
