It's much more secure than Windows 7 and will get security updates for longer than Windows 10. Yes it may be hard to install on older machines but there are workarounds, which you might have found if you did a quick Google search before posting.
What is true is that Windows 11 is by far the best product in tech history, secure boot in the second version of TPM And the only disadvantage that it is very slow and it doesn’t work on old computers
Why not use windows 10 so you douneed to complain with the slowness.

Its malware. Trying to install chrome will aggravate Microsoft Bing. Plus my Firefox is now stuck with Bing as it's default browser. If you have Google as the default engine on Chrome Microsoft will get angry and show pop-ups.

Same for me.

Fun fact: If you have malware on a Windows NT device, it's possible that deleting system32 will severely damage the malware. It will also damage your Windows install.

I don't know WHAT version of Windows 10 you are talking about, but it never did that either for me, on both my old computers, my dad's computer, and this one before I upgraded.

You know that I know my limited world, in this world I must choose an operating system.
I have limited time in my limited world, so I should make it useful. Leave behind a legacy, to be remembered.
I was once a user of Windows, I know it's shamey but I was a newbie so let me rest and find a better system.
I finally got around to MacOS and it changed my entire perception.
No batch; instead bash.
No annoying backslashes; instead normal slashes.
Not that restrictive; instead I just need to use sudo.
Now I am not shamey, I am not a newbie. I plan to stay this way, use Unix-based systems for years to come.
So all my follow friends please refrain from Windows ten and all the other eleven, twelves that they'll put out and have put out.
I might try other operating systems like Linux, but for now I am using MacOS, I am using MacOS, I am using MacOS!

what's wrong with the choice of backslashes for path separators? other than it not being a unix/posix standard.
One reason i can think of is the fact that you need to escape a backslash in programming languages, but I'm unsure if that's a valid enough reason.

First of all like why, the unix/posix standard makes more sense since we are going through a tree but the backslash seems werid.

Also on my keyboard the backslash character is at the end of the keyboard, the rightest character so it is harder to reach over their to write it then the slash character which is at the bottom.

Windows filesystems were based on CP/M, so this choice was made long enough ago that UNIX wasn't “The Standard,” and changing it would break a lot of Windows apps.

Actually there is a way to change it without breaking Windows apps, just have make it that either backslashes or slashes can be used.

They only care about the number and want big even numbers that shine, not odd numbers like Windows 11, I personally think it was rushed.

If the app uses PowerShell instead of Command Prompt then either backslashes or slashes can be used.

There is a way to uninstall Edge on Windows 10 AND 11 by using third party software. A YouTuber (Enderman) documented this. OR you can just mess with the registry editor to re-enable the uninstall button for Edge in the Settings app.

Yes because Microsoft wants cash in their wallets, so after Windows 10 is EOL they would announce Windows 12.
