That isn't really how reporting works on the Wiki. It should only be used in situations where you need to contact an Admin confidentially about something. You also report a revision not just some content.

It can confuse other Scratchers and even the Scratch Team if your username is just different all of a sudden.

The article had many flaws:

1. I noticed the first sentence was really weird and in comic sans. (KAJ IS COOL RIGHT?)
