That isn't really how reporting works on the Wiki. It should only be used in situations where you need to contact an Admin confidentially about something. You also report a revision not just some content.

It can confuse other Scratchers and even the Scratch Team if your username is just different all of a sudden.

I believe you are, as long as it’s generally appropriate and follows the guidelines for the Wiki.
