See, i've highlighted it in the image of the online editor.

Simply click onto it to make it open

Then you can drag scripts, costumes and sprites into it and for example take them to another Project!

It's pretty much not planned yet due Scratch versions take really long until a new one was made, Scratch 1.x was from 2007-2013 Scratch 2.0 Form 2013-2019 and it's now 2022, altrough that does not say that Scratch will get a new version evrey 6 years, I personally think Scratch 3.0 came out due Flashplayer EOL, Scratch 4.0 development hasn't begun yet.
