That is a time block but I was really wondering if it was set on a specific time zone, or if it is dependent on your current location? I think that it affects the
(days since 2000)and
(current [day v])I'm just curious…

I'm pretty sure the current blocks just use whatever your browser says, which it gets from your computer.
