<Is pen down?> block

Sometimes you want to know if the pen is down/up but variables are not a option

And, even if variables are a option, it's much simpler and easier to understand and it will save a lot of code and using variables can create bugs i.e. when you forget to put the 
set [pen down? v] to [true/false]

and you can just do 
if <pen down?> then
do whatever
end

instead of 
if <(pen down?) = [true]> then
do whatever
end

This is a duplicate, as shown above and the workaround is simple (not saying it shouldn't be added)
workaround:
define penDown
set [pen down? v] to [true]
pen down
define penUp
set [pen up? v] to [false]
pen up
([foo v] ::variables)
([list v] ::list)
set [ v].y to [] ::variables
([foo v] [ v] pos :: variables)
<[] is exactly [] :: operators>
<mouse moving? ::sensing>
point towards x: () y: () ::motion

glide () secs to [sprite v] ::motion

we reach 410 + 10 posts :: sound
