Scrolling Ground?

Okay so I have a project about sprites running from bats and I am hoping that people will remix it and add themselves running away. However, I want to make my original version better by making the ground that the sprites are running on scroll so it looks like the sprites are moving. Can anyone either tell me how I can make my terrain look like its changing / scrolling as the sprites run or remix my project so that it scrolls? If you remix it, you could add yourself running, too!

I'm new to scratch and I really want to make this remixing project BIG! : ) Thanks a million!

You make the ground a sprite and make several different costumes, and then have it scroll through them.
