Scroll bar won't appear

My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.13.6, Chrome 91.0.4472.114, No Flash version detected.
I was working on my Pokémon game Announcement and then I noticed that there was no scrollbar in the costumes area. It was weird and I don't know if it's a glitch or my computer is overworked or something but this might be a glitch.

Maybe you can still use the scroll wheel on the mouse or two fingers on the trackpad to scroll?
