A Style Toggle Setting for those who don't like sudden changes.

As a scratcher with Special needs who doesn't like sudden overnight changes I have found the new studio style to be really frustrating. I honestly think The Scratch team should at least make the new style optional for us as a community. I really preferred the old style it was what I grew up with for many years. It would be really nice to have a toggle in settings for style, as the new design just slaps me mentally.

This so-called style toggle will make the site much easier to use for those like me who miss the older styles of Scratch 1 and 2, and prefer it over Scratch 3's implemented style.

Please support this idea! It would mean a lot to me!

Thanks!

Hi! This seems to be a duplicate. You can continue your discussion over there!

Edit: Their Idea of a Studio Style Toggle Setting went like this:
Studio Toggle System
It would go something like this:
When you create a studio, there are some toggles you get to choose from before you choose a title, thumbnail and description. (There is also a way to change them, probably a separate tab, like the comments and projects tabs) Things like who gets to change the description, title, etc (managers or you), what the layout looks like, and maybe also a color scheme or something like that.
I am assuming the “what the layout looks like, and maybe also a color scheme or something like that.” applies to the studio toggle system you were suggesting.

It is currently 23:22, as I am typing this.

There's a new animator in town, and that's me…What good word rhymes with me, ree? Hey there! I'm X! Maker of animations, art and games. My favourite type of music is classical music! I use Scratch or play the piano in my free time. =) ‎‏‏‎

no support. I am absolutely not in favor of any style toggles whatsoever; there should be a universal, consistent style that is inclusive.

That is correct. Thanks for pointing that out.

I understand you might feel that way, but as a special needs scratcher, I don't feel that way. Autism makes scratchers like me very unique in that sense.

This is a very good idea! I like the toggle idea.
Though I think very few people like the new layout tbh.
They should also give back the old manager positions, and remove the comment limit

Au Contraire. Many people like the new design. They mainly hate the limits.

This would be very hard for users and wikians to document, among other issues, like extension/userscript/userstyle makers.

Max support! So sorry that this is overwhelming for you, I think I toggle button would be great! (A toggle only for the layout)
