My browser / operating system: In signature
I've noticed there are two navigation bars on top of the screen: 2.0 (Dark Blue) and 3.0 (Light Blue)
(BTW this post is not to dispute the existence of the two)
When I get messaged, in the 2.0 it shows up immediately and in 3.0 it takes 5 minutes to show
When I view the message, the (1) icon disappears immediately in 2.0 but takes anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes to disappear in 3.0.
Summary: The 3.0 navigation bar lags behind with messages
Questions: Why does it lag behind, Is this intended?

That's just because the Scratch 2.0 pages update faster than 3.0 pages, this will be fixed when all pages are 3.0 styled.
