How to order a Trace:

1. Create a New project and upload your image of choice
2. Share your project
3. Fill out the order form
3a. Copy the link from your bitmap project and put the link in the form where it is required
4. Post your order
5. Be patient! Your order is in progress
6. Enjoy your vector image!
7. (Optional) Fill out the feedback form

Spamager: (Up for Hire)

The Tracers are the main job of 5th Tracing Services™ (Keyword: Work) They are the people who do the job of converting bitmap images to vector. Partnerers find other shops to partner with. (Keyword: Found) They will find popular shops and start an alliance with them. The spamager reports any spam in the shop. (Keyword: Protect) If anyone puts a random spam post, their job is to report it.

Wow, I posted really close to your time! anyways, I do believe the USS is a federation, not a partnership.
The difference, is that a partnership is like this

. They're connected by a horizontal line, because they both do the same thing, and help each other. a federation is like this:

The federation is at the top, and they help the people at the bottom. This is not authority, they all have equal authority, but the federations goal is to help others.

The USS specifically let's shops help other shops, which makes it better for shops that have a ton of orders put their orders in the USS, and shops that don't get many orders get an opportunity.

Hmm… To me, the order that you got for 2/10 should at least be 6/10, because I don't think many Scratchers can do art that good, and you added a lot of details. Just saying, Good Job though.
