Text To Speech Not Working

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 88.0.4324.190, No Flash version detected

I have just installed Scratch Desktop 3.19.2. However, Text to Speech is not working in this version. I tried to add sound, it works but there is not sound for Text to Speech. Please advise.

Do you have your sound on? Did you put in a bad word and the filter censored it?

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.
