Sometimes scratchers will report you for no reason just to be mean. About nobody would be able to not have a alert for 1 or 2 years.

I joined Scratch almost 3 years ago and I still haven't had an alert.

No Support. Scratch doesn't really need this, because 60 seconds is just 1 minute, and it usually takes about 45 seconds to write a short post, and the “why, 60 second rule?” is a good way to pass the time.

Eh. At this point the sixty-second rule is just a fact of life for me, and it's not really something I complain much about. I don't know if it would bed a good idea to trust people like that, though I realize your average spammer probably wouldn't spend days or weeks gaining the trust of people just to spam for like, one day.

I don't mind the 60-second rule to be honest. As long as your posts are constructive, you shouldn't be running into it. This doesn't need to be implemented.

Two years ago, I posted my opinions on this question, but I don't agree with my past self anymore. To add to what @Ihatr said, what I believe is that if you really are constructive, you take time when thinking over your posts, and thus you usually use more than just one minute to write them. The 60 seconds rule may be an opportunity to write something more useful, to add to your post or to decide if that post was worth of writing.
