Feature better projects on the homepage.

I know that you probably want to give a chance to small kids and people that aren't as talented as others, but it's really annoying that some people are making big projects that take them weeks or even months to make and then on the homepage there are projects that take close to no effort to make.
(this is obviously not always true, but sometimes there are projects that can be made in 3 minutes.)

The featured projects section is supposed to include simple projects too. It's not supposed to just show the best projects on Scratch; it's meant to show a wide variety of projects of varying style, type, and quality for new Scratchers, parents, and educators to see what Scratch can be used for.

Yeah, if they were all really advanced projects it could be a bit disheartening to a lot of Scratchers. While it can be annoying when more basic projects are featured over those that are more impressive, it's nice to have a variety of different skill levels.

I actually remember quite a while ago a suggestion for more simpler projects to be added to the FP.

I wasn't actually talking about simple projects, for example am I the only one that seen that ball project where there was a paddle and a ball and the game WASN'T WORKING!

I'm actually not joking. The game just had some bug that made it completely broken. I was also probably made in 2 minutes. I'm pretty sure that the developer put no effort into it. And stuff like that still keep appearing on the homepage!!!
