1.) Use an art program and upload them with cubeupload.com

2.) Leave a comment on their profile with a link to the forum where they can find the banner/information.

There are many programs that you can download for making art. It isn't connected to scratch or cubeupload.

To create a discussion, go to a certain section of the forums and press the new topic button in the top right corner. Then you can make your shop, or whatever you want to make. It will appear in that section of the forums after you submit.

If you have more questions, you can make your own topic in questions about scratch now that you know how.
