You should definitely drop multiple sprites. It doesn't really make sense for a robot. (Unless of course you have multiple robots.)

I'd be happy to post on ScratchEd. I'm not very familiar with that site – do you have any suggestions on where or how I should post about it?

And, I think we've moved beyond the Demo stage. I suppose I should start another thread one of these days.

I think you should post it in the “Resources” section. You can enter a short description of what it does (a picture taken from the demo video would be a good idea). A catching title to me it would be “TimeLine: A Tool for Realtime Analysis of Scratch Step-by-Step Execution”
