Rainbow told me that Cassie banned Jeremy from CC for swearing at her sometime ago, so I think that ban was issued by Cassie.

EDIT: I tried several other accounts which said they weren't whitelisted either. Then I tried ItsJerry and ItsHarry, and they were banned. Cassie has taken action.

One does not simply hack a large server. I know some how to hack though, but it's not legal, and going to jail isn't worth revenge on a Minecraft server. Do you know how to hack? Okay, go ahead. But I suggest just telling people about how bad ItsJerryandHarry are, since many people throughout the internet against them is better than a handful on a private server of Scratch.

I played on there server. I posted on their forum. I could spread awareness and eventually people will realize the truth.
We could ‘shut them down’. Once there was this hamster product which was unsuitable for the hamsters and the company had a commercial thing on YouTube. A ton of people commented about the unsuitableness and they stopped producing the product. We could do something like that.

Actually, they'll probably say something more in the lines of, “You guys are all r*tards ASDFGHJKL stupid little kids,” since they are so stuck up and stupid. It doesn't matter if they shut down or not. but it'd be easy to put on a front like that. it also seems like he joined not long before the original cupcake craft, and became relatively active after the revival was posted.

So here's a list of pros and cons to the guess that epicness123 is the griefer(which I doubt, and we need a say from him before we start accusing)

Pros:
griefer striked again only after revival was posted
Griefer seems to love to attack CC every once in a while
He talks suspiciously and says weird and confusing things
This is a cracked server
Very unlikely the real jerry and harry since this is a small scratch server
He could have easily griefed old CC, while the ItsJ/H griefs could have been completely unrelated

Cons:
Sal said that some of the users banned was called Ellie1, Ellie2, and Ellie3 so that means that the griefs are likely related
Although epicness says weird things, this is probably just because he might be a kid
J/H replied to me on youtube admitting to the grief
J/H talk very differently from epicness123
Jerry and harry advertised their channel name in the bans(and also said they advertised in the youtube reply) and i doubt epicness would waste his time advertising someone else
I've had a ItsJerryAndHarry related grief on my server back when i still had a server
