Most people seem to be assuming it's Missy/The Master, so maybe it'll be something completely different XD
Perhaps a future regeneration of the Doctor or something?
Maybe the valeyard? It has to be something “evil” from the way they reacted to what the doctor said.

I honestly think it HAS to be the master…

Yeah. You thought it was an amazing episode. I did however have to get the person next to me to say some random numbers.

Yeah, I didn't find the episode as good as the others. But not bad.

Also them trying to trick us with the doctor regenerating in the trailer and the not actually regenerateing

Let's be real we already knew for a long time that the Doctor has (or at least had) a crush on the Master, and vice versa

I think they sometimes lose memories but it's mainly just when they first regenerate, they usually get them back. Why do you ask?
