Can’t make any projects

Hello! I am trying to find possible causes for the bug. Could you answer these questions for me:

What OS do you use? MacOS
What were you doing before the glitch happened?
If the glitch was fixed for you, what were you doing when it was fixed?
Are you on a mobile, school, or home network?
Does it happen to multiple devices on your network?
Does it happen for multiple accounts on the same device?
Does it happen for multiple accounts on a different device?

I have an i pad and when i want to create a new project or to load projects it do this and it happened first time i wanted to create a new project. i’m in a home network.it only happens in my ipad6,i’ve only 1 account
