My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 124.0.0.0, No Flash versions detected

This is meant as a central post on the “Empty My Stuff” Bug.
To discuss the glitch, use this 2023 topic.

Current solution: Use a mobile network / mobile data to access your projects (for some reason this works).

Empty My Stuff
This is a bug which causes the “My Stuff” page to not display any projects.
The “My Stuff” GUI and other visual elements (like the tabs) are still shown.

This bug occurs for the following tabs within the “My Stuff” page:

• All Projects
  
• Shared Projects
  
• Unshared Projects
  
• My Studios*
  
• Trash
  

*the bug doesn’t occur consistently for this tab.

More Info
The glitch completely stops the “My Stuff” page from loading projects.
It doesn't even send a request to the scratch servers for the projects. (Source: The network section of Edge's Inspector tool)

The bug has also been linked to other problems, including:

• BBCode formatting buttons on the forums don't show
  
• The buttons on the top-right hand corner (mail, mystuff, profile) don't show
  
• The “What I've been doing” section of a profile is empty.
  
• None of the projects on your, or any other profile, are loading their thumbnails (except for the one in the center of a profile)
  
• None of the profile pictures in the “followers” and “following” sections are loading their thumbnails.
  
• No studios in the “Studios I'm following” or “Studios I'm curating” are loading their thumbnails.
  
• You are unable to change your pfp or the image in the center of your profile, your “About me”, and your “What I'm working on”.
  
• Comments do not load for you on a profile
  
• You can't comment on a profile.
  
• The search bar expands to take up more than half of the header bar.
  
• All of the statistics sections are blank.
  
• The textbox to edit a forum post is a fraction of its original size.
  

These problems appear to occur on all 2.0 pages, but not any 3.0 pages.

According to Paddle2See, the projects are still there, they just aren't visible.

Cause
The cause for this bug is currently unknown.

However, the bug does appear to be per-device.

This bug is not caused by:

• A user's cache
  
• A user's account
  
• A user's type of device or operating system.
  
• Extentions/Addons
  

Solution
This does not fix the issue, but it provides access to the data of your projects (the “pk” thing is your project's id):
Open this page.

If you were recently working on a project before the bug:

1. Use the “History” feature in web browsers to find the link of the project you wish to work on.
   
2. Download the project to your computer
   
3. Use the Offline Editor to continue working on the project.
   
4. Reupload your edited version once you have access to your projects.
   

Or, if you don't want to use the Offline Editor:

1. Use the “History” feature in web browsers to find the link of the project you wish to work on.
   
2. Save the url to a file.
   
3. Open the url when you want to edit the project.
   

You can also attempt contacting the ST via their Contact Us.

Connecting to a mobile network or mobile data appears to fix the issue. Some devices can have a hot spot, which allows other devices to connect to the mobile data. Once the device is connected, the glitch appears to be fixed. Even when connecting back to a different network, the glitch remains fixed.

Signs you are no longer affected by the bug:

• Your “My Stuff” page shows your projects
  
• Any of the other linked problems stop occurring.

I think you can just wait it out, but please let me know if this works.

I've noticed it works sometimes and doesn't other times, for a second on my Dell laptop (using Windows 11) it managed to load properly until I refreshed the page and it went blank again.

Strange. Perhaps try signing out and signing back in? I don’t have a lot of information on how to resolve the bug

I forgot to mention that if you see the “Load More” button on the page, the bug is fixed.

This is also not working for me. I've literally tried every possible solution I've seen, and none of them work.

Luckily, there is a link that shows you some of your recent unshared projects, and that works. So, the projects are still accessible, just not through My Stuff.

Yes, but there is a difference. This topic is meant to be an easy access to as much information about the glitch as possible. Compared to the sticky topic, this one is much more condensed and easier to navigate.

My stuff has not been available for me since April 21 (3 days so far), so I have been unable to teach. Tried using different browsers, chrome, edge, but problem persists.

I have this glitch for all tabs except my studios and I don't know how to fix it. It's been consistent for 2 whole days help-

Cause
The cause for this bug is currently unknown.

Theories for the cause of this bug include:

• A user's Modem's firewall is blocking certain parts of the scratch website. Users have tried to use different devices, different accounts, even restarting their devices, but nothing seems to work.(source)
  
• The scratch is perhaps updating parts of the website from 2.0, which is causing users' 2.0 pages to glitch.
  

This bug is not caused by:

Solution
Currently, there is not a proven solution to solve this issue beside just waiting for the ST to fix the issue.

Some possible solutions include:

• Restarting your device
  
• Switching accounts
  
• Restarting your modem
  

If you use any of these solution, please let me know if it worked or didn't work.

If none of these solutions work, there are a few things you can do to continue your work:

1. Use the “History” feature in web browsers to find the link of the project you wish to work on.
   
2. Download the project to your computer
   
3. Use the Offline Editor to continue working on the project.
   
4. Reupload your edited version once you have access to your projects.
   
   Signs you are no longer affected by the bug:
   
5. Your “My Stuff” page shows your projects
   
6. You can see the “Load More” button on your “My Stuff” page.
   
   Notes
   This is a relatively problematic bug. It can leave users completely unable to work on projects. For an online community, a problem like this can be incredibly annoying.
