Empty My Stuff & 2.0 UI Pages
This bug has been prominent recently, specifically in the last 6 months (source), and affects the “My Stuff” page, and other pages using the 2.0 UI

More Info & The Backend
This bug causes the projects in the “My Stuff” Page to not appear, as well as other pages/elements using the 2.0 UI, The Main GUI/UI of the pages appear to be unaffected in most cases, the main issue caused by the bug is usually with smaller elements, like the projects in the “My Stuff” page, the icons in the
Statistics page, and the icons in the Students page. The most affected pages are the “My Stuff” Page, And Profile Page. (source)

Solutions & Fixes
The bug does not have a definite solution, but there are some ways to help deal with the bug while the ST fixes the backend.

Restart the device - this usually fixes the bug, temporarily.
Use Mobile Data/Cellular Data - Switch to mobile data, if the device has it, and reload the website. This appears to fix it due to mobile data working in a different way than a Wi - Fi connection, connecting to another device's hotspot may also fix the bug.
If you're on a school device, switch to a home/non-school device - these usually have added restrictions, which could put more load on the servers.
If you are on a Chromebook, switch to another device - The Bug appears to affect Chromebooks more.
Use chrome browser, if on another browser - The bug may fix itself after switching browsers.
Get on scratch on off-peak hours - during these times, the servers get less load. (source)

If you were working on a project when the my stuff bug affected your device, here are some ways to access to project, if the above ways to fix the bug do not work.

See the “History” feature in browsers - Find the link to the project which you were working on, and open it from there, Or save the project url to a file, for easier access.
Download/Use the Offline Editor - It appears that the offline editor is not affected by the bugs, as it uses the 3.0 UI. Once you can access your projects, re-upload the file to the online editor.

FAQ

1. What is the 2.0 UI? What is the 2.0 UI Bug? And I'm using 3.0!
Scratch 3.0 was rushed, due to flash player issues, resulting in some pages having the 2.0 UI(User Interface), These pages include : Statistics, Profile Page, My Stuff etc.

There are differences between the 2.0 and 3.0 UI,
The 2.0 UI Has:

A smaller navigation bar.
Lower resolution My Stuff icon, scratch logo and messages icon.
An “S” On the My Stuff Icon.
The “Cookies” Hyperlink Is Not Included On The “Legal” Section Of The Footer.

All of which the 2.0 UI doesn't have.

The 2.0 UI Bug is a bug that causes UI elements, and sometimes entire pages to not load correctly, see more info on the bug here.

The bug appears to only affect pages with the 2.0 UI, which is why it's referred to as the “2.0 UI Bug” Or “The My Stuff Bug”. The bug appears to not affect the base elements of the pages.

Yes, I believe that might be the cause for my issues. I've also found that I cannot use any of the messaging features like quoting, the code blocks, screenshots, fonts, etc. This makes it hard to use the forums and have to resort to text-only replies.

If the BBcode formatting buttons are not appearing, directly type the BBcode.

I don't know if this is related to everything else, but it is a 2.0 page so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, but on the 403 page the text and image is aligned to the left, when it used to be in the center. Again, I do not know if this is related to the bug.

It's talking about bugs with other pages with 2.0 UI. Pages with 2.0 UI have a thinner bar at the top, and the My Stuff button has the Scratch “S” on it. They include My Stuff, Statistics, the Discussion Forums, and Profiles. The editor and messages pages both have 3.0 UI, so we haven't been connecting them with the My Stuff bug. This doesn't necessarily mean that they're not connected; over-capacity could probably affect the 3.0 pages, but most of the bugs people have been encountering have been on 2.0-styled pages, so we haven't really been connecting those issues with any bugs related to the 3.0-styled pages.
