Anyway, I think that this is a good idea. It’s a simple suggestion that would make Scratch easier to use.

Well, it seems like we should then. I do not agree with it as of a suggestion I thought was better to do instead (allowing users to customize their own colors), but it seems like I'm getting outnumbered in opinion here…
EDIT 1: It is hard to determine whether or not this argument I made is entirely valid as there is a reasonable argument either way (Majority vs Logic) and I still have established logical statements and reason that I still wish to be discussed. The reason why it is hard to figure it out entirely though is because my opinion is being outnumbered.

I don’t think it has at all. Suggestions are never concluded unless the suggestion is a duplicate, already implemented, rejected, or closed for other reasons.
