This is not something anyone with a 22,936 character signature would want. Just saying important words in a signature and then it suddenly endi~

The point is is maybe a website like:
https://scratch.mit.edu/view%20signature/username/

Just viewing a scratchers full signature!
Or maybe a slider showing the full signature ‘-’
but people use this in signatures:

Control, Shift, Down.
Now that is a good workaround but it doesn't do enough. You cant have the full experience of the signature.

(Removed by moderator - support lists aren't necessary. Please focus on pros and cons of the idea.)

Imo it would be better with signature scrolling but that's off topic so I'll just say my opinion on this:
Why a link? Would it be visible in every post, like a “view full signature” button?

Generation IX (9): the first time you see this copy and paste it on top of your sig in the scratch forums and increase generation by 1. Social experiment.

Also, for whatever reason, my school chromebook makes people's full signature always show, and a lot of people have long signatures, so I can say firsthand that it gets quite annoying when you have to scroll past someone's GINORMOUS signature whenever you see their posts, especially if they are frequently active in the topic you are viewing. Edit: How many lines of a signature does it normally show? If it's like 1 or 2 I feel like they could raise it to 4 or 5 and it would be fine.

They show 155px, so around 10 lines. But that is easy to fill with images, lists and big text, so more space is needed. However, doubling the size is not a good option as there are 20 posts on a page; it could increase page length by as much as 75%.
