Currently, on a user's profile, there is an option to report their Username, Icon, About Me, or What I'm Working On if one or more of them violates the Community Guidelines. However, an increasing number of users have “Featured Projects” on their profile, y'know, the big one in the centre of their actual profile that you can label as “My Favourite Things” or “Why I Scratch” or something, that is unshared. In fact, as of when this post was created, I have a banner of Aaron Ramsdale on my profile. But, because it's a nuisance to share that “Featured Project”, there is a way of temporarily sharing it, featuring it, then unsharing it before it updates. An alternate way of doing this is by using “nono word”, or possibly other broswer extensions, which does it for you without having to share the project itself.
Anyway, onto my main point, this can be used to one's advantage. For example, if someone put an innapropiate message or image in the thumbnail of their featured project, there would be no way to report it. I'm sure the Scratch Team do actually have a way of removing it as their profile's featured project, but users can't actually report it.
I am not complaining about the ability to feature an unshared project in the same way you would follow or remix yourself. This is just a suggestion to prevent people using this feature to do things that break the community guidelines.

as for the suggestion, it makes sense to me. the only alternative is using Contact Us, which is a much, much slower process.
