Hey VP, when you accept a shop, could you use the reply found in Staff Tools? I know it's tedious, but we're small and it works. Also when inviting shops use the bbcode. Everything here has a bbcode to go along with it so the text looks amazing & the bbcode is used like intended instead of copy + pasting the actual form.

yeah sure, you can explain

What happened is that I was new and I didn't know how the stores worked, plus I am Spanish and I need the use of a translator so communication is not fluid. And in the stores what happened is that I did not understand the T&C and did I make a mistake when filling out that section of the form, I also asked them where the T&C were because I couldn't find them and it bothered them, but I have already solved everything with the stores.
