Customers

◦ Never spam the thread
◦ Always give credit to the person who did your product/package
◦ When you are ordering a product/package please try to be as clear as possible
◦ The employees are doing their best, don't hesitate them
◦ NEVER disrespect anyone for their gender, race, age, looks or sexuality
◦ You must give us at least a week to complete an order or your order will be rejected
◦ Never order anything against the Scratch Community Guidelines

Staff

◦ Do not continuously spam/bump the post, if you do you will receive 1 strike
◦ Stay respectful and professional at all times, if you don't you will receive 1 strike
◦ NEVER disrespect anyone for their gender, race, age, looks or sexuality, if you do then you will receive 3 strikes and will not be welcomed back any time before 2 weeks
◦ When you are taking a leave please try to fill out a vacation form, I know this is not always possible but if you do not notify anyone then you will receive 1 strike
◦ Always respond to activity checks unless you are on leave, if you don't you will receive 1 strike
◦ If you receive 2 strikes then you will be removed from any BoD role you may have
◦ if you receive 3 strikes then you will be asked to leave, you may re-apply after 2 weeks

Partnership

◦ Your shop must be a week old, and have good reviews
◦ Your shop must have taken 2 orders
◦ We will not partner with shops that sell products against the community guildlines
