Having trouble backpacking things?

My sister @emilia_kitty can't backpack long sound files but can seem to backpack anything else I have never seen a glitch like this we think her backpack my be broken or some happened with backpacking permissions with long sounds It says error loading.

Scratch, please fix it. You're website it literally usless if people and even download any songs or whatever else in their backpack, ESPECIALLY when you're making collabs maps etc.
