Why wouldn't this work on other platforms?
Some features of the Windows 95 UI are only possible in Windows 95, and not Windows 98 (e.g. the “being outdated” feature)..
… and some wouldn't work at all on other platforms, or would be difficult to implement by the Scratch Team (e.g. being obsolete software.)
Now onto the suggestion…
Windows 95 is out now (and has been forever) and I think Scratch Desktop (the Microsoft Store app) could update soon to utilize the good old Windows UI guidelines in its app's UI!

… and some wouldn't work at all on other platforms, or would be difficult to implement by the Scratch Team (e.g. being obsolete software.)

Why wouldn't this work on other platforms?I really love this! Supp0rt
Some features of the Windows 95 UI are only possible in Windows 95, and not Windows 98 (e.g. the “being outdated” feature)..
… and some wouldn't work at all on other platforms, or would be difficult to implement by the Scratch Team (e.g. being obsolete software.)
Now onto the suggestion…
Windows 95 is out now (and has been forever) and I think Scratch Desktop (the Microsoft Store app) could update soon to utilize the good old Windows UI guidelines in its app's UI!
