There's no 0.x, it was Scratch 0.1, .2 , .3, .4 etc.!

Incorrect. They started at 1, not 0. For instance, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc.

They might have meant the beta versions which are commonly called 0.1 to 0.6.
