I was wondering, do you mean thumbnail? The picture that appears before you press the green flag. Just wanted to clarify. Also, I don't know what you mean by is your store paying?

It's fine that you're a new Scratcher. You've had other accounts and so you're accepted. Make sure to check the UOC by going to front page and clicking on UOC, you can find unclaimed orders there!
