It's not even a bumper, it's just the kid recording an episode with some random song over itwhy do I keep finding weird content by kids on youtubeI was gonna say “PetitTube be like” then I realized it has 1.1K views. Why does a 4 second video of what appears to be a Disney Channel bumper have 1.1K views?!

I mean Sarah and Duck is technically a kids show, and stuff like that is what appears when you watch a video marked as “for kids”. Because the actual recommendation feed doesn't work (presumably cuz coppa and such), I presume it defaults to a “”“kids-safe”“” algorithm that only picks videos that are marked as for kids. The problem - most videos marked as “for kids” aren't actually as such, for example HTF was once marked as “for kids”. If you've watched or even heard of HTF before, you'll realize how much of a epic fail that is on youtube's end.
