I'm (kinda) working on a conlang named Hārana, a natlang. This is my third (I think) conlang I've worked on, and the one I like the most. It's still not great, but here's the proto-lang.

The phonology was originally going to be based off of Ancient Egyptian, but I ended up subconciously not using sounds I have trouble pronouncing. Here's what the phonology is:

Does “Riyu riyumumu” mean “A tree made of wood”?
“Riyu riyumumuma” - “A tree made of something similar as wood”?

it would need to be “Riyumu riyu” because “Riyumu” is modifying “riyu” and adjectives come before nouns in this language, but yeah (I think), it would mean “wood tree”

And the second part is also correct (if you swap the words), but there's only one “mu”.

There's Kay(f)bop(t), which has four “phonemic hats”. You have to switch between different hats when speaking and words sometimes become stupidly long. There's also a clap and a facepalm phoneme. There's the “five vowels” that can be pronounced in a stupid number of ways (along with a sixth vowel that is written with a Chinese symbol).

The four hats are:

Fedora - f
Top hat - t
Baseball cap - b
Pangolin - p

The words are insanely long. There are infixes for things like:

- Awesomeness
- Price/value
- Edibility
- Mental state
- Day of the week
- Honesty
- Size compared to a breadbox
- Percent certainty

And many, many more. And these aren't optional. Every noun ends with 9 suffixes, verbs 7. However, even with the stupid percision, many words still have more than a dozen completely unrelated meanings.

In fact, there's a 40-minute long word that could either be something that sounds like the introduction of a fantasy novel but could also be translated to the first few verses of a rickroll, with no way to tell which is correct.

There is. This culture counts things in base six, which mean their numbers go from 0 to 5. You can find the word for a number like this:

42 (base 10) -> 110 (base 6)
The number for 11 (base six) is Zasi and the number for 0 is gu, so the word for 42 in this system is Zasigu.
