Not really a fan of advertising, but it's a cloud megaproject I and @-CloudLine- (et. al.) were managing. It (theoretically) allows Scratch projects to communicate together using cloud variables as well as communicate with HTMLified projects VIA a cloudlink-to-cloudline bridge. The project is currently on hiatus as @-CloudLine- is busy with OS wars (?) and I'm busy with high school.

I for one don't mind competition, but accomplishing a proper internet on Scratch is already enough of an undertaking. All I can do for now is wish you all luck.

I could make a ptogramming language to work inside of scratchedia to make websites (text based)

As for that, I am really worried it will break cloud rules… the chat is bad enough, the language is worse… a text based language off Scartch is fine, but allowing others to access your projects allow unmoderated communication. Which is not exactly what ST wants.

Don't worry, we will have our own server that accepts letters and symbols and stuff. (IF i manage to setup port-forwarding)
