What Is The Difference Between Scratch 2.0 And 3.0?

One of them is built with Adobe Flash, the other with HTML5. Since Adobe Flash is being discontinued or something at the end of 2020 the ST made an HTML5 version of scratch.

I understand about indecision

In software development, deleting, it's just a concept. Some software might have a delete button and when you click it a thing disappears, but it's not really gone. Okay, it's not gone from the memory.

Ntm that 3.0 is running off HTML5 and JavaScript and the time errors in JS is what causes stuff to lag.

No, they're ending support for Adobe Flash.

No not because of that.
Adobe Flash is going to shut down in December.

I believe the fact that flash had some issues was actually a factor in the switch (mostly security issues).

What Is The Difference Between Scratch 2.0 And 3.0?

There are many differences! Scratch 3.0 has support for mobile devices, meaning people on their phones or tablets can now use Scratch. There are also new blocks and features. Just to name a few:
  • New effects and tools in the sound editor
  • Eraser in the Scratch vector editor
  • New blocks (like the “set drag mode” block or “costume name” reporter)
  • Plenty of new sounds, sprites, and backdrops to make projects with
  • The editor is now more colorful, modern, and also blocks are bigger now
  • Extensions (like Text-To-Speech and Translate)
The main reason some people don't use Scratch 3.0 is because Scratch 3.0 didn't include all the features 2.0 had. Some also say the 3.0 looks childish, and others say it is very buggy. But don't worry, Scratch 3.0 is still being worked on. New features are being added, and bugs are being fix all the time!

Anyway, if you'd like to see some more information about Scratch 3.0, you can go the wiki article here. And if you want more information about 2.0, you can go here.

The Thing Is That Scratch 3.0 Was Released Because Of End Of Support Of Adobe Flash Player After 2020 Right?

The Thing Is That Scratch 3.0 Was Released Because Of End Of Support Of Adobe Flash Player After 2020 Right?
Mainly, but also because the devs wanted to redesign the editor and add some new features. In fact, the development of Scratch 3.0 began before Adobe even announced they were ending support for Flash. It was mainly because of all the security risks that were in Flash.
