What Is The Difference Between Scratch 2.0 And 3.0?
One of them is built with Adobe Flash, the other with HTML5. Since Adobe Flash is being discontinued or something at the end of 2020 the ST made an HTML5 version of scratch.
I understand about indecision
In software development, deleting, it's just a concept. Some software might have a delete button and when you click it a thing disappears, but it's not really gone. Okay, it's not gone from the memory.
chances are nobody will find your account, so nobody will follow you.
I'm going to close this suggestion as it is technically implemented and rejected at the same time.

Scratch 3.0 Has Some Features
Scratch 3.0 Has Some 3.0 That 2.0 Has!!! There are many differences! Scratch 3.0 has support for mobile devices, meaning people on their phones or tablets can now use Scratch. There are also new blocks and features. Just to name a few:The main reason some people don't use Scratch 3.0 is because Scratch 3.0 didn't include all the features 2.0 had. Some also say the 3.0 looks childish, and others say it is very buggy. But don't worry, Scratch 3.0 is still being worked on. New features are being added, and bugs are being fix all the time!

What Is The Difference Between Scratch 2.0 And 3.0?
Mainly, but also because the devs wanted to redesign the editor and add some new features. In fact, the development of Scratch 3.0 began before Adobe even announced they were ending support for Flash. It was mainly because of all the security risks that were in Flash. The Thing Is That Scratch 3.0 Was Released Because Of End Of Support Of Adobe Flash Player After 2020 Right?
