Try to improve on your island more. Depends on how much stuff is on your island. If possible, try to add some areas like an outdoor cafe/arcade for example into empty spaces, remodel some stuff, talk to your villagers more, etc.

as for HHP remodel some of your villagers homes or keep playing it doesn't end once you've made 30 homes, keep going there is more milstones and items you can unlock.
