I'm experiencing this too, I'm having a conversation with good ol' 4096bits, and all my messages just keep being deleted and then put back (without notification), I once got 13 message notifications at the same time though. I'm not sure what the heck is going on. (Maybe the ST is putting in some new message filter?)

Every time the number increases! It went from 8 to 13 to 15, but each time I only had 1 actual new message

I'm having the same problem. I get new messages but they're from two hours ago. and then it shows soe new messages but not the messages of a roleplay that I was doing. Please fix this!

Also, a moderator closed my dupe topic of the same issue, so they probably know what's going on.
It also seems like I'm getting around 13 - 25 fake messages every minute or so.
