I started my own shop federation. I've worked in many different shops, including the Emerald Shop and T.I.P.S. I currently work in Buzzy Bee Banners.
Why would you be a good fit for this position: I have experience on the requests forum and in the USS. Even though I'm not as active on Scratch, I know what I'm doing in a shop federation and I would be able to provide a confident and willing hand to help around.

Ok! ISOC is if you get an order that you can't do, you can give it to other shops, in return for your shop doing ISOC orders that your shop can do.

I don't exactly get what you mean by this. I already went around to a lot of shops inviting them. Do you mean a position that goes around inviting people to the USS?
