No support. You could've just use clones and make it to any design you want.

I am leaving scratch soon, because of many changes in scratch recently I don't really like, sorry.
Take care.

Can someone explain this to me and what it does so that I can support it or not? For now take it as semisupport

Yours sincerely,

eh, the current colours are fine I think. But it would be a nice feature to change colours.

forever set color effect to color variable.
don't forget to make the variable a slider by double clicking it two times.

It's an alternative to changing variable colors.

If the animated text extension is ever implemented, then there's no need. But if the text extension is not going to be implemented within the next month then I fully support this! I'm tired of that orange color. Maybe this could be added for lists too?
set color of [my variable v] to [#FF0000]::variables
Set color of [my list v] to [#0000FF]::list
But this could get confusing because currently the monitors are the same color as the block category.

You can still use it as such. I agree that it's not a great work-around and definitely not a reason to disapprove of this suggestion, but it is still an alternative.

Clones can substitute the variable. Let’s say;
set [why] to [45]
[/scratch blocks]
The clones can write: 45
